Out out of curiosity, how much do you think the Micro Machines set would roughly sell for? When I was a kid, I used to collect the the Star Wars Micro Machines and also some of the Alien series too but not as much. Only reason I'm asking is because I was a kid at the time I always planned on making 'stop motion' videos of my Star Wars collection and their all obviously unboxed and would be nice to know how much they would be worth if I'd had a Collectors PoV as a kid.

I just bought this Movie Maniacs toy. Never been opened. I opened it that night. Awesome toy set. I saw it at Comic con and almost bought it but decided to wait. At Comic con it was about 200. I bought it at a smaller toy convention in Pittsburgh for 75. Good frickin deal. Especially since another vender at Pitts was selling it for 175.

I Have 2 aswell. But it wasn't meant to get 2, just Ordered it, got lost, got a new one sent, but the lost one then arrived so, I kept them both. I played with the first one everyday, now it a bit broken, but only because of the way I used it, but I'm scared it breaks, coz once I open the one thats in it's box and that breaks, I have no more... :'( The boxed one is in great shape, but the box is dusty and a little damaged from moving around. But I'm looking after them now. Best toys I have!

Bought the queen boxset a few days ago and arrived this morning. Arm was broken off at the sholder (Which I expected, as I've had problems with McFarlane toys before). Quick repair for limbs: Cut down a small nail/tack with cutting pliers (To create a rod), score the rod for grip (use the cutting pliers), drill two small holes, one in socket and one in shoulder ball joint (Check bit size), firmly insert rod into shoulder hole (Use pliers) and push arm firmly into socket hole. Good as new!!!

Hmmm... When I get this, I'm going to get three... One out of the box... One in the box... And another so I can heat it a bit and take it off of it's stand. The reason for that being... I have over 50 stands and I am starting to put them together to form the perfect base. I've done this to many other Alien/ Predator toys. It work pretty well, actually. It even looks like it was MADE off the stand.

The only things I don't like about the alien queen are:

1- It would look so much better if the back tubes were more like the drones', in my opinion.

2- It's legs are too thin.

I actually found the movie maniacs Queen in Toronto, in a really good comic book store called Silver-snail. Cost about 40-50$ at the time.

I don't agree with some of his complaints, if he wants super-articulation then you are gonna lose some of the detail, it's not a GI joe. Besides I like the clear teeth, looks more like the movie.
