@tusculumboy33 I'm not referring to the run towards the goal. I'm talking about his walking toward the line before and as it's being snapped. That is illegal as a player must be stopped for a whole second before he is considered to no longer be in motion. From the looks of it, he doesn't stop at all before it's snapped. Therefore, it is illegal motion.
