is it possible for me to learn these kind of flourishes within one year when I start taking card flourishes seriously today? I have a background with flourishes, but my level is that of a beginner's still. I've been going on for 2 years, but not seriously, so, obviously, I haven't learned these kind of advanced-level flourishes yet...

Can anyone give me tips on how to make my fingers flexible enough to make this easier... thanks :)

If you practicing more than 3 hours per day

I think You can get two or three types of cuts wihtin one year

@gelatin25 Instead of thinking of it as becoming more serious, think of cards as being something second nature to your lifestyle. Take your cards with you when you go out as you would your phone/wallet. I have only just started with flourishes (been doing them for about 2 months) but you improve very quickly when practising often. Dont sit down and "flourish for hours", instead do it while watching T.V, or waiting for public transport. :D
