its illegal to record someone without their knowledge, plus that kid really needs to toughen up. His parents should not of butted in, he needs to learn how to deal with problems on his own. Ive had multiple teachers that tried to pull some authoritarian bullshit on me, so i just gave em a piece of my mind, made sure they knew not to fuck with me. I usually got suspended for a short time after but the teacher would never give me any of that shit again.
I had WAAAAY worse when I was in school! I had 1st grade teacher in the 80's who was a muscle bound mullet wearing lesbian full of roid rage who used to yell and cuss at us at the top of her lungs! With a crazy f*cking look in her eyes like she wanted to kill us.Was very terrifying and traumatic to a 6 yr old.Would like to track her down and rip that psycho b*tch apart like a piece of chicken!
Even if the kid was as terrible as he is portrayed in that recording, no teacher should EVER put a kid on the spot like that. What she did, she basically turned the entire class on that poor kid. Even if he has behavioral problems, it is the teacher's responsibility to try to find a way to make a suitable environment for that child to learn in. And turning the entire class on a little boy is not the answer. That is something an immature kid would do and it is not acceptable nor professional.
Oh Lord, what is this world coming to? At least she didn't whoop his little ass! Back in the day they used to keep a paddle in the principal's office? Remember that shit?
the kid deserves it, "if you treat a kid like they're bad, they're going to be bad" nooooooooooo the kid has had multiple notes to home about how the kid doesnt behave, and obviously they never talked to the kid nor the teacher
Teachers are there to teach not to lose their patience with a 5yr old.my babys teacher better not talk to my kid in that matter.if she knows what's good for her.lol.
@s3xclety82 No you moron. Teachers are there to teach, and if your kid is misbehaving, then YOU should discipline your child, it shouldn't be the teacher's job to do it. I support the teacher in her comments.
@BlindlyZack Easy dick breath.... Did you miss the part of the video where they went over all the comments about the kid acting out all year? So you can't punish a 5 year old for being bad, I hope to god you never have kids..... What makes you think I don't have any friends?? Pretty bold inference from what I wrote.
@revoloveution It's called being five. Put him outside to run off the pent up energy instead of sticking him in front of a TV. That box in your livingroom isn't a baby sitter. Kids need to play.
Sadly i have a similar problem with my 5 year old :( He is very well behaved except he talks all day long. Even when watching tv he makes humming noise, singing while peeing, rumbling& humming before falling to sleep,it is terrible. Sometimes i have to 'hurt his feelings' and tell him he just cannot talk anymore and then i feel like the worst mom in the world, but it's either that or medication because the outside world won't tolerate that kind of behavior. These parents must take responsibility
I'm against what the teacher said, but parents stopped disciplining their children and expect teachers to do all the work. That's why there are so many little brats around nowadays, parents should grow some balls and learn to say no to their kids and teach them some manners.
i can see both sides. thts really cruel to put the kid on spot lke that but i have a feeling hes really really bad which is why she made a statement like "is that who u want to be with?"
Teachers, believe me, are a dying breed... We''l soon have computer terminals at each desk, legal counsel at the rear of the room, and armed guards at the door...
This is not half bad to what a teascher done to me she yelled at me sent me to princapel for no reason and litterelly pushed me out the classroom and now she in. Jail for child abuse
The parents are the first to blame, they havent taught this kid a thing about having respect and behaving....the teacher snapped and yeah it was wrong....no excuses....it doesnt make her a bad teacher, makes her human, the brat should have been removed from her class long before and placed in a special needs class or disciplined through the office....and the parents should have done a better job at teaching him how to behave at home.
@adiandbella You think that kids who act up need to be placed into a "special needs" class? If anything I don't blame him for acting up (if he did, which I doubt it), because when someone accuses you of doing something wrong whatever you do it doesn't encourage good behaviour. Five year old kids will be in their own world, it's in their nature. The teacher overreacted and I would be furious if my child had to deal with that shit.
@hardyharlol Thanks! I just think both sides need to take responsibility. Watch when they find him 'another school', his behaviro will continue, and probably get worse since he feels now that he will not get into trouble for it.
Before you take up teaching, you are trained to deal with certain attitudes/Behaviours that you might encounter whilst in teaching mode...5 YEARS OLD really your are not a good teacher CLEARLY....if you can't come up with a method then look yourself in the mirror and ABUSE yourself....
no not when you treat a child bad he gon be bad its when the parents let a child do whatever the fuck they wont and not tap that ass from time to time thats when they are bad
As an educator myself, I can tell you that there are students in every classroom who are sometimes difficult to work with, but there is absolutely NO excuse for a professional to speak to any coworker, parent, or student that way. Remember, this woman is being paid with taxpayer money to educate our children, not tear them down daily. There is a zero tolerance policy for bullying and it doesn't just apply to students. There are proper ways to handle classroom discipline and this is NOT right!
The teacher was wrong, but the parents should also discipline their fucking kid. Stop playing the complete victim when your kid is clearly a huge troublemaker in school.
Why ask for the teachers story, Because ovbiusly we heard the tape, actually all of youtube heard the tape so i think we know what the teacher. Thumps up if u agree.
What!?! daily behaviour folder..? No wonder this happened, that is not enough for a 5 year old. once they can move they are a potential threat like everyone else. Get the school resource officer in there with some pepper spray like soap to the mouth for these little bastards!
her side dnt mean shit so as far as im concerned fuck her side if she cudnt handle the so called pressure of being a fuckn kinder teacher wat the fuck was she doing stayn n it ...........
the mother is a dumb bitch just trying to get money. of course its patheic a kid cant control himself. dont put that fucking kid in with any kids who are trying to actually LEARN
give me a break.. the kid is probably a terror.. parents need to accept responsibility that their kid is misbehaved and interrupts the learning of others
What made me laugh was when the step-dad said they were going to get help for his kid to talk to their kid. The kid seemed alright, and even if he does need talking to, that's the parents job.
@abviolin2 wow! seriously? The kid deserves to be called "pathetic"? He's a 5year old kid and what the teacher is doing is called bullying. She's lucky she's not teaching in Jersey she wouldn't be suspended with pay. She'd be fired and facing criminal charges for bullying the child. Teachers are trained on how to manage classroom behaviors we're not taught bully our students.
@isle09etlle The problem with this kid is that he sure knows how to dish out being rude and disruptive to the learning process but doesn't know how to take it in.
People need to remember that he is 5.....he still believes in santa....superheroes etc. He may be a brat, but he is little. My son was targeted and it was so tough bc he was so excited about school. Kindergarten should not be about fear.
Sure the teacher was too harsh on him, considering he was 5, but the parents are idiots. Open your eyes, your kid is not this perfect little angel you gotta teach him right from wrong!
@trapakeeper arefucken kidding do u really think thatchild would do that and if he "did" do that that is no way to talk to a child and pluse if ur that hurt by a little kid then dont fucken teach duh!
lil bad ass fucker when do parents take responsiblity for not teaching there kids how to act away from home i bet he pressed record after his actions got the teacher to snap
@trapakeepr the point of this video isn't the student's conduct. Its the teachers verbal abuse seriously? "bad ass f***er"? how do you even know how the student behaves in class? Are you his behavioral intervention specialist? He's a normal 5 yr old kid and the teacher apparently doesn't know how to manage his behavior without verbal abuse which is wrong btw incase your not aware.
@trapakeepr Soooo.... let me get this straight: you find it perfectly alright to verbally abuse a five-year-old child because they did something wrong rather than send that child to the principal's office?
@trapakeepr - So you think that it's completely acceptable to belittle and insult your students? You think it's okay to encourage the rest of the students to bully him? You think that's acceptable you little fucking leech? You like bullying too? I don't care when the fuck he pressed "record" HER ACTIONS WERE COMPLETELY UNACCEPTABLE! You seen to think that abusing students and damaging them emotionally is okay just because the teacher had a bad day. FUCK YOU TO HELL!!
@trapakeepr "talking all class", Yupp that totally is reason to encourage discrimination against a child. Idk what prejudice you have against little kids but you have some serious issues
Ok this is SUPER unfair, At my school i have been hit by so many teachers and called a twat, Moron, Retard, Pathetic, Not loved, Low life ect. Anything happen with them even though i got video evidence? NO!
man this bring back memories on when i was liittle and was put on the spot by the teacher, i was
crying and i was angry because someone told a joke in class and i laughed and i got blamed for it but the one who told the joke didnt so yeah how would that make you feel? like shit thats how and i'm surprised i still remember, must have scar me more than i thought lol
anyway i support the parents.
p.s. why are both top comment against the parents, must be teachers lol
I can understand the teacher was irritated with the child. However, disruptions in the classroom just come with the territory of being a teacher and there are better ways of making young children behave in the classroom than humiliating them in front of their classmates.
whether he was a brat or not...she is not only the teacher but she is the ADULT!!! She had NO right to say such negative things to a 5 year old! if he was so horrible then why didn't she have conferences with the parents and the counselor to come up with solutions to the problem???
BTW, I was NOT condoning her statements. Talking that way to a kid is NOT okay. I just think people should look at things from a different perspective.
Oh good grief. That teacher definitely could have said it better, but my guess is she already had..plenty of times. This never showed the disruption that this kid probably was to the whole class, every day. Teachers are expected to get test scores up or they might lose their job. That's stressful enough, and then to have kids who aren't taught any behavior skills at home distracting from every lesson they prepare. That much pressure would make anyone snap. I've heard much worse.
what crap take along hard look at the parents mother looks like a fruit loop whats the bet the kids father is not around the most the time thats the problem i wish this lady could see what i went though at school far worse then any of this shit
i have a son that is adhd they are a handful can't teach a class when the ADHD kid is disrupting it time for parents to take responsibility for their children
that was one bad kid whose parents were not dealing with him, wow 13 years with no problem until your little hellion arrived, and everyone has their breaking point, be parents and dnt blame the teacher for your mistakes
The first 2 things werent too bad, but then she got the entire class against him and I was like WHOA. The parents obviously spoil the kid and hes making everyone elses life hell, it's too tough for a 5 year old though.
Really? If a kid is misbehaving you DONT yell at them let alone embarass them in class..Ive worked with kids of all ages an Ive seen some trouble makers but I never yelled at them, that is not a way to approach a situation you are having with a child, it is clear that this woman didnt take enough psychology courses in college. I feel so bad for this kid..
You wonder why people grow up to become bullies, criminals and problem people? Teachers like this. Screw the teacher's union. Bullshit and I'm sick of it.
I'm curious to know what happened to this teacher. This is verbal ABUSE,period. If it were my child she would have hit the floor after I hit her.She was intrusted to "teach" these children. If she was having problems with this little boy the parents should have been contacted. This is not uncommon though. It happens to older children more than we know.
@SarahRTram Shut the fuck up you stupid cunt. Your just a hypocrite and you shouldn't even be a teacher cause your siding with this cunt. Burn in hell bitch and while your at it take TheEodtch with you cause he is a hypocrite aswell as you.
They are sticking up for a teacher who said these grossly inappropriate things to a 5 year old boy and crying that she shouldn't have been suspended and "wasn't given a chance to explain"???! Um....the recording says it all. I don't know how bad a student is being in class, that does not give ANYONE a right to bash anyone. This should have been handled by removing the child from the classroom and calling in his parents for a private discussion.
@NBroombaugh on the comment where you said that kids should be disciplined depending on their psychological issues? you shouldnt discipline someone differemt becquse they hve a certain physical/mental problem thats wingling iut thats not right and you have been extremely abusive to the people not on your side whoexpressed their opinions to you your an abusive bastard picking on people here. respond to this comment i dare you
jesus christ these people are too sensitive. they're probably the same type of parent who thinks their kid is the best child ever and doesn't do anything wrong.
@SharpiesxD No way. I dont even like kids and I totally agree that people baby their kids way too much these days, but that teacher was an evil cunt for doing what she did to a 5 year old. I hope she loses her license and has to take a job away from children. There's no excuse for what she did. Perhaps she'll just drop dead and free up a job for someone who isn't an evil cunt like she is. Poor kid. That's wasnt tough love, it was just her working her issues out through him.
@reymatt76 i wasn't defending the teacher at all, she handled the situation terribly. i'm just saying kids are babied now, i'm only 17 and when i was growing up you misbehaved you got a beating, but now kids misbehave and they get their games taken away, or the cellphones.
@SharpiesxD LOL. You're adorable :) I just figured out when you were born, I was going into my sophomore year of college. Way to make me feel old. I just thought it was cute how you said "how kids are babied now..." like you have all these years to reflect on the past and trace how corporal punishment attitudes have changed over the decades. They haven't as dramatically as you report. Even in the 80s, I remember hearing my grandmother saying the same stuff you said about kids being spoiled...
@reymatt76 what i'm saying is you can tell what kids got disciplined and what kids didn't in school. i'm not saying i had a hard life compared to them, i'm just saying parents don't punish their children the same anymore. when i got in trouble my parents would spank me etc, and i learned not to misbehave. my little brother was born and they never disciplined him like they did me, they took his video games away. he gets in trouble at school, and i never really got in trouble at school.
@SharpiesxD Yes, but, at least based on your description of it, it's probably more to do with trying to be better parents to your brother than with you. I mean, they'd already done what they did with you and were probably somewhat younger. So why repeat the pattern? Hitting a child (hitting a pet, hitting anything) does not curb unruly behavior, it just creates fear and teaches child that violence is the bbest way to solve problems.
@SharpiesxD And I'm not calling you a whiny person. The thing is in this case, the woman was humiliating a 5 year old in front of his peers, which is unnecessary. I've had it happen to me and it's the worst feelign in the world. The proper way to punish him would be to scold him, not tell hin that no one likes hin, and make him a class pariah. It souds like this woman has some deep seated issues she needs to work out in therapy. I mean, kindergarten is a bit early to start mind fucking students.
... not only that but the kids thought there was something wrong with me so they all avoided me when i grew up... from kidnergarden... 1st... 2nd... 3rd... 4th... from being picked on... i chose to be very mean back... so i had no friends... hardly... then i moved away and then came back 3 years later...
bitch same thing happened to me... im 18 when i was in kidnergarden my teacher didnt want me playing around the kids... and she stuck my desk in the corner away from everyone... and when parent teachers conference came... she put my desk back in place and told my grandmother i was a good student... next damn day she put it back... this was for months and months... and then one day she said... u think u can be good ? and sit nice with the others? I was a little gurl... didnt do anything
Her side of the story? Who gives a shit what she has to say about it. How about an apology? She is an awful teacher. Just because a challenging student is giving the teacher a hard time, doesn't mean she has to insult, and treat the child like an ass. Bringing in the class to chime in is a double dose of fucked up. Whatever happened to sending kids who misbehave to the office? The fact that the teachers union is standing up for her and her behavior just shows why we have so many shit teachers.
That teacher wasn't far off base or really guilty of anything worth suspending her for. If you arn't a teacher yourself or you don't have a family member who is you simply can't understand how difficult and detrimental certain students can be to a teachers corriculum and class as a whole. I truely believe that kid was was probably acting extremely bad for a very long time and the teacher just couldn't take it anymore. She didn't even say close to what you might have in her situation.
@cookiepuss1987 And therein lies the problem. If a parent talks like that and see that reaction as normal, their child will be in the classroom using bad language and physical means to get what it wants. I'm just glad I don't go to any of those schools!!!! IT wouldn't happen to me or my friends because we have respect for the teachers and our parents; even if we don't like what they say.
@coulinjo Ooops, I'm commenting on the teacher laying in to the fat boy who locked the disabled girl into the class. Got my streams muddled :) I see what you mean about ADD or ASD as he's only 5. That's when I realised my mistake - no way could that huge boy being pushed around be 5 - lol. Still, you can see the frustration without excusing the behaviour.
People saying this child was abusive and disruptive were not there, so comments as such hold no merit. The teacher is educated in child psychology and should possess skills in handling children in a group setting. Isn't that why she earned a college degree? How much power can a 5 year old possess? Yes the parents should be held responsible for his behavior, but the teacher should be held accountable for her clear mishandling of this situation. Who is the trained professional? Not the 5 year old.
And is no-one concerned about this little boy's behaviour? Or his parents enabling this behaviour? The teacher handled it incorrectly but the parents need help to learn that the teacher doing this doesn't mean their child is excused his poor behaviour.
@coulinjo Yes the child's behaviour may be wrong, but are you going to hold him to the same standard as you would this teacher?
I have to even question the whole system of schooling these days. Most schools will adopt corricula that will for the most part favour girls and the way they learn. Many of the responces here are quick to say the child needs dicipline, and that may be true. We may have a child here as others have said before has ADD/ADHD, or even somewhere on the spectrum of a
@mraNewfoundland a very mild form of autism of which number one it is really hard for parents to get help to deal with these issues, and will often feel lost and like everyone is blameing them for their child's bad behaviour. I do admit that this is a logical leap on my part but I say it because childhood behaviour is not always straight forward. It may be that the boy is not really getting enough activity through the day and maybe he needs activity included in his learning style. As a teacher
@mraNewfoundland she should of addressed this possible from the boys learning style instead of trying to get him to fit a mold that all too often happens. A mold that is basically formulated for girls and the way they learn and think.
Besides this allowing parents to be parents with out CPS being called at every turn, which brings up another problem.
@mraNewfoundland But if the parents had brought this child up with self discipline and self respect and with no thought of blaming others for his problems, no-one would be in this situation. The teacher knows she did wrong, but if this goes too far, no-one will want to teach in these schools and only the dregs will turn up.Parents are sending children who scare us all to school - parents who tell little Johnny that the teachers can't touch them! It's really, really scary.
@coulinjo And for the most part that is not because of the parents. Because the way the system is set up now. Parents are for the most part no allowed to dicipline their children. In fact parents are haveing less and less control over the way they raise children because the states have adopted the whats in the best intest of the child idology. Even though the USA is the only country of the industrialized world that has not signed one the Best interest of the child that is promoted by the UN
@mraNewfoundland Judges have now takeing over the place of government and instead of the people through their government writing laws to rule their own country Judges can take persuasive precedent even from jurisdiction outside of the USA and establish it within the US. Therefore circumventing legislative procedure and creating law. So the parents says to this child you have to stand in the corner for time out and it gets to be many many times througout the day that this is done all is needed
@mraNewfoundland is for that child even of the age of 5 years old to complain that mom and dad make me stand in the corner all the time even though you may be trying to dicipline the child. CPS is informed of through a teacher or someone else then they kick into gear. The child will be interviewed maybe even put into foster care all because you were trying to dicipline your child. You can explain to them that you child is put in time out 1 min for every year of age so a 5 year old is in time out
@mraNewfoundland for 5 min and that you have to do this many times through the day because thats pretty much all you can do gosh for bid that you give a child a smack on the hands for doing something wrong. Now CPS tells because spending time in time out is not in the best interest of the child as stated by your child we feel that you are a danger to your child and will have to remove them to foster care. Sound far fetched? Yes it may sound rediculas but that is where this whole thing has gone.
@mraNewfoundland That child was way over the age at which parents should have had a handle on his behaviour. IF an ASD or ADD was suspected, then perhaps they could have been on the waiting list for a Government assessment, If none available, perhaps they should have stacked shelves at night to pay for a private one. The teacher didn't excuse what she did and is very sorry - no-one had addressed this boy locking a disable girl in the classroom and behaving threateningly.
Ok the kid talks in class... ok give him a couple warnings then take away recess or put him in timeout or anything but making all the kids gang up on him if u listen closely u can hear the kid crying and great move by dad buying the recorder

@trapakeepr the point of this video isn't the student's conduct. Its the teachers verbal abuse seriously? "bad ass f***er"? how do you even know how the student behaves in class? Oh good grief. That teacher definitely could have said it better, but my guess is she already had..plenty of times. This never showed the disruption that this kid probably was to the whole class, every day. Teachers are expected to get test scores up or they might lose their job. That's stressful enough, and then to have kids who aren't taught any behavior skills at home distracting from every lesson they prepare. That much pressure would make anyone snap. I've heard much worse.

Poor kid. That's wasnt tough love, it was just her working her issues out through him.
reymatt76 2 days ago
@reymatt76 i wasn't defending the teacher at all, she handled the situation terribly. i'm just saying kids are babied now, i'm only 17 and when i was growing up you misbehaved you got a beating, but now kids misbehave and they get their games taken away, or the cellphones.
SharpiesxD 2 days ago
@SharpiesxD LOL. You're adorable :) I just figured out when you were born, I was going into my sophomore year of college. Way to make me feel old. I just thought it was cute how you said "how kids are babied now..." like you have all these years to reflect on the past and trace how corporal punishment attitudes have changed over the decades. They haven't as dramatically as you report. Even in the 80s, I remember hearing my grandmother saying the same stuff you said about kids being spoiled...
reymatt76 2 days ago
@reymatt76 what i'm saying is you can tell what kids got disciplined and what kids didn't in school. i'm not saying i had a hard life compared to them, i'm just saying parents don't punish their children the same anymore. when i got in trouble my parents would spank me etc, and i learned not to misbehave. my little brother was born and they never disciplined him like they did me, they took his video games away. he gets in trouble at school, and i never really got in trouble at school.
SharpiesxD 2 days ago
@SharpiesxD Yes, but, at least based on your description of it, it's probably more to do with trying to be better parents to your brother than with you. I mean, they'd already done what they did with you and were probably somewhat younger. So why repeat the pattern? Hitting a child (hitting a pet, hitting anything) does not curb unruly behavior, it just creates fear and teaches child that violence is the bbest way to solve problems.
reymatt76 2 days ago
@SharpiesxD And I'm not calling you a whiny person. The thing is in this case, the woman was humiliating a 5 year old in front of his peers, which is unnecessary. I've had it happen to me and it's the worst feelign in the world. The proper way to punish him would be to scold him, not tell hin that no one likes hin, and make him a class pariah. It souds like this woman has some deep seated issues she needs to work out in therapy. I mean, kindergarten is a bit early to start mind fucking students.

LordBattleSmurf 4 days ago
wow.... if that was my son, the teacher would have to quit teaching, because I would rip her jaw off her face
cookiepuss1987 4 days ago
@cookiepuss1987 And therein lies the problem. If a parent talks like that and see that reaction as normal, their child will be in the classroom using bad language and physical means to get what it wants. I'm just glad I don't go to any of those schools!!!! IT wouldn't happen to me or my friends because we have respect for the teachers and our parents; even if we don't like what they say.
coulinjo 4 days ago
@coulinjo Ooops, I'm commenting on the teacher laying in to the fat boy who locked the disabled girl into the class. Got my streams muddled :) I see what you mean about ADD or ASD as he's only 5. That's when I realised my mistake - no way could that huge boy being pushed around be 5 - lol. Still, you can see the frustration without excusing the behaviour.
coulinjo 4 days ago
People saying this child was abusive and disruptive were not there, so comments as such hold no merit. The teacher is educated in child psychology and should possess skills in handling children in a group setting. Isn't that why she earned a college degree? How much power can a 5 year old possess? Yes the parents should be held responsible for his behavior, but the teacher should be held accountable for her clear mishandling of this situation. Who is the trained professional? Not the 5 year old.

And is no-one concerned about this little boy's behaviour? Or his parents enabling this behaviour? The teacher handled it incorrectly but the parents need help to learn that the teacher doing this doesn't mean their child is excused his poor behaviour.
coulinjo 5 days ago
@coulinjo Yes the child's behaviour may be wrong, but are you going to hold him to the same standard as you would this teacher?
I have to even question the whole system of schooling these days. Most schools will adopt corricula that will for the most part favour girls and the way they learn. Many of the responces here are quick to say the child needs dicipline, and that may be true. We may have a child here as others have said before has ADD/ADHD, or even somewhere on the spectrum of a
mraNewfoundland 4 days ago
@mraNewfoundland a very mild form of autism of which number one it is really hard for parents to get help to deal with these issues, and will often feel lost and like everyone is blameing them for their child's bad behaviour. I do admit that this is a logical leap on my part but I say it because childhood behaviour is not always straight forward. It may be that the boy is not really getting enough activity through the day and maybe he needs activity included in his learning style. As a teacher
mraNewfoundland 4 days ago
@mraNewfoundland she should of addressed this possible from the boys learning style instead of trying to get him to fit a mold that all too often happens. A mold that is basically formulated for girls and the way they learn and think.
Besides this allowing parents to be parents with out CPS being called at every turn, which brings up another problem.
mraNewfoundland 4 days ago
@mraNewfoundland But if the parents had brought this child up with self discipline and self respect and with no thought of blaming others for his problems, no-one would be in this situation. The teacher knows she did wrong, but if this goes too far, no-one will want to teach in these schools and only the dregs will turn up.Parents are sending children who scare us all to school - parents who tell little Johnny that the teachers can't touch them! It's really, really scary.
coulinjo 4 days ago
@coulinjo And for the most part that is not because of the parents. Because the way the system is set up now. Parents are for the most part no allowed to dicipline their children. In fact parents are haveing less and less control over the way they raise children because the states have adopted the whats in the best intest of the child idology. Even though the USA is the only country of the industrialized world that has not signed one the Best interest of the child that is promoted by the UN
mraNewfoundland 4 days ago
@mraNewfoundland Judges have now takeing over the place of government and instead of the people through their government writing laws to rule their own country Judges can take persuasive precedent even from jurisdiction outside of the USA and establish it within the US. Therefore circumventing legislative procedure and creating law. So the parents says to this child you have to stand in the corner for time out and it gets to be many many times througout the day that this is done all is needed
mraNewfoundland 4 days ago
@mraNewfoundland is for that child even of the age of 5 years old to complain that mom and dad make me stand in the corner all the time even though you may be trying to dicipline the child. CPS is informed of through a teacher or someone else then they kick into gear. The child will be interviewed maybe even put into foster care all because you were trying to dicipline your child. You can explain to them that you child is put in time out 1 min for every year of age so a 5 year old is in time out
mraNewfoundland 4 days ago
@mraNewfoundland for 5 min and that you have to do this many times through the day because thats pretty much all you can do gosh for bid that you give a child a smack on the hands for doing something wrong. Now CPS tells because spending time in time out is not in the best interest of the child as stated by your child we feel that you are a danger to your child and will have to remove them to foster care. Sound far fetched? Yes it may sound rediculas but that is where this whole thing has gone.
mraNewfoundland 4 days ago
@mraNewfoundland That child was way over the age at which parents should have had a handle on his behaviour. IF an ASD or ADD was suspected, then perhaps they could have been on the waiting list for a Government assessment, If none available, perhaps they should have stacked shelves at night to pay for a private one. The teacher didn't excuse what she did and is very sorry - no-one had addressed this boy locking a disable girl in the classroom and behaving threateningly.
