Hey I have a question to other traceurs, since Parkour is getting from point A to B the fastest would that mean the possibility of using motorized vehicles, (cars, trains, planes) to get their would be included? Just wondering. Not meant to make parkour for the lazy lol

Yeah, even tho cars are faster, parkour, like all sports, are focused on the body. I think the actual definition of parkour is geting from point a to b as efficiently as possible using only your physical capabilities.

if you roll right when you land it takes alot of the stress of the drop

but its hard to do it correctly.

and before the roll of u jump off somwhere high u land on ground from heel touching the ground and rolling everything after right to ur toes cuz ul breek ur heel if u land on it without folowing through with bottom of feet then toes (heel->bottom of foot->toes) to absorb impact
