Board at the start is an old network card, and 'pipes' are not water cooling, but RG-58 coaxial network cable (they were around before they got pwned by CAT 5 cables).
What was the first chip shown at the start of the video, and was that water cooling you were plugging in? Why in god's hell would you need water cooling on a pc from 1999!?!
