@dbx2soha There's not much difference in spreading out calorie intake. I've tried that, and while I was less hungry before meals, I was a lot more annoyed by trying to make 5 meals happen because of work or school.

Great video and big grats on losing soo much weight already, I've gone from 210lbs to 164lbs purely through calorie counting and joining a gym, its very simple to lose weight just the determination and effort that's hard :)

i used to be 92kilo´s when i was 15 1.85 at the time.
These days i´m 87kilo´s and 1.97. But wait! That´s still alot of weight!. Yes and no. Instead of following a STRICT diet i instead became mindfull of what i ate and went to the gym 3-4 times a week. I traded alot of body fat for muscles. If you want to get healthy do not diet hardcore while exercising. Muscles eat fat two! More muscles is easyer calorie burning. Good luck though :)
