A great new star is born!! Yes, there are certainly comparisons with Corinne Bailey Rae (definitely no bad thing), but the Adele similarities are fatuous. Let's hope that her cool, spare and unfussy style remains untainted by the demands of the big media moguls. It's so darned refreshing to see a new artiste who just stands there and presents her muse without resorting to unnecessary cavorting, or disingenuous over-emotionalising. She is what she is, and that is beautiful. I adore you, Lianne!
