FNR 3 is better than this weak ass piece of shit... every fighter has the same damn style!! this game is no fun.. what if mayweather was on this game.. floyd dosn't get hit but yet any fighter on the game gets hit repeatedly.. after i have mastered the buttons.. they want 2 change it 2 piss everyone off.. people aren't suppose 2 wiggle a fuckin stick in a boxing game.. they are just given those people without skill a chance 2 beat those with skill. You do know that if it weren't for the improvements that they made there would be no Mike Tyson or Muhammed Ali. In round 3 it would take a huge boxing fan to notice or even care about different boxing styles but, thats just because there was a wall in between fighters. Maybe R3 is a better simulation and I liked R 3 but, I have boxing friends that hated it because the fighting sucked. This looks like boxing and not two guys taking turns hitting each other in the face in slow motion.

R3 was slow to slow to be a boxing game. I have boxing friends that hate R3 because they think the fighting sucks. R4 is the only one that has different fighting styles, not R3. It's because of the physics engine, but not just the physics engine they added little difference in the boxers like Muhammad Ali being able to switch from a regular fighting stance to south paw style like he did in real fights "If you have an opinion word it as such. If you word it as a fact it should be true."

If you watch Tyson (his real fights) he wasn't nearly as good a boxer as Ali was, its just that he went into the ring to KO people and that was it. He didn't have the speed or finesse like Ali did. If they both fought in some time warp while they were both at their primes, I believe Ali would probably destroy Tyson and it would be on the easy side.

there are a lot of variables that can decide the fight. If Ali controlled the distance with his speed, length and power, his outboxing would overwhelm Tyson

In the same argument, if Tyson gets inside, who knows what would happen.. If Ali can stand foreman's blows for 8 rounds, it'll take a lot more than Tyson's power to knock him out.

I agree 100% that Ali would have dealt easily with Tyson. But are you sure Foreman would have hit harder than Tyson? I know Foreman hit (very) hard but he was no ball of muscle like Tyson. Something tells me Tyson would have hit harder. Still Mike had a glass jaw though, and Ali taking those full face shots from Foreman round after round? Foreman went completely nuts in Zaire. They both had iron jaws in that fight. Tyson would have been way out of his league with either of them I think.
