That is definitely one way to interpret the song, but there is really no way to get a clear, objective picture of what exactly is depicted, unless of course Lydon said so specifically.

@Eddyfilm well, i remember reading somewhere that lydon read about this girl's rape in the paper and subsequently wrote the song. i did a little digging and this is all i could find though:

"Poptones' is trying to stick to the basics," Lydon says. "But the wonderfulness of the song leaves us plenty of space to explore it. People were standing up and cheering after the end of it, and I thought, 'My god, it's a song about a poor girl being raped. Show some decorum.'"

this is a great performance. it always strikes me how this music is so much more powerful than anything john did with the sex pistols, it's intense and wierd and involving in a way that 'god save the queen' or 'bodies' just aren't. the sex pistols shouted at you and this quietly pulls you in.
