Dear shakelightly am a new subscribers i have been watching your videos lately, Am new to fitness and bodybuilding i will greatly apreciate if you can make a video on "how to gain weight and build muscle and foods that i can eat to gain weight since all my life i struggle wiff a small back and lean body..thank you ( i hope everybody can thumb this up)
@musclectavio17 Hey man, ill make a video about that jeje, since i have always had a big back, now ill make a video on how to gain muscle and foods that you can eat to gain muscle and lose fat at the same time, just Daily foods you need to eat everyday and also how to workout to gain the most amount of muscle in the shortest amount of time, Trust me its not easy but its worth it, im literaly just eating on how my body feels and train the same way, but i have a workout plan i follow..
Cayenne is great! I make a drink made with fresh ginger and cayenne. Our family has been making this ginger drink for decades--just boil some crushed ginger with a little cane sugar and add cayenne, drink hot or cold. Great for fighting colds as well!
You should definitely make cooking videos--at your leisure of course-- I make cooking videos based on low GI count and friends have suggested I post them on youtube--)
Ok ! Oatmeal IS the breakfast of Champions, but you might want to do more research and try adding fresh fruit like blueberries or strawberries,etc and YouTube has some excellent channels on healthy eating. HEY! great job and keep the vids coming. You are at the top of my fave fitness guys. Have a great new year

@shakelightly hahaha whats is this guy talking about doing more research xD, You do some Research hvnsagent jaja, Shakelightly is showing how he eats them with honey and cayenne pepper, he already say you can add fruit if you like, Plus for your info Fruit is better for after your workouts not in the morning! do some research on that homeboy, eat grapefruit with meals it lowers insulin, and normal fruits after you workout like bananas, oranges, apples, strawberries, trust me.
Please make more of these, It's great get some good healthy cooking tips from people we admire, and you actually EAT! Too bad I already had breakfast, maybe tomorrow!

I'm gonna say yes you should keep making these type of videos but you have to admit the big draw to your "customer" fan base is your mug shot. You need to feature yourself in the shots, talk to us one on one at some point during the beginning, middle and/or end of it. It becomes a bit more personal than just commerical if you're in it. Also a request to those trying it out, film yourselves doing it as a response to the video. Also maybe your reaction to the taste of the dish. ;)
Thanx So Much for uploading this video, Help me make a very important decision that has been weighing on my mind... Oatmeal for dinner!!!! Honey, Yes, Cayenne pepper. Dunno (acid reflux) i like to add cinnamon and apples and a quarter pounder, DElicious... Hahahaha
I have GERD (gastroesophageal reflex disease) and if I want to eat something spicy, I usually take an apple cider vinegar tablet about a half hour before I eat and it works wonders for my reflux and prevents it from occurring.
And yes, Shake, do more cooking videos! I'd like to see more recipes as well. I'll have to try out your oatmeal recipe, but with just a touch of the Cayenne Pepper. I know anything hot will increase the metabolic fire, making you burn calories faster.
