@YourDarkAccomplice well I just watched this and well, if you read the full story, Zeus gave Persephone to Hades to begin with, where he took her from a field where she was picking flowers, Demeter upset by this outraged cast shadows and cold throughout the land, hence during spring is when persephone is allowed to be on the surface, when she returns to be with hades we have winter.

@LadyAziya - Not necessarily. There are several versions to the story. In fact, there is a version to this where instead of Hades it was Hecate teaching Perspephone what Death was. But when the patriarchs took over, they made the story more violent, more 'domineering,' aggressive, etc. Either way, that still isn't my point. How is it that a god can literally RAPE and harm .. and be worshiped. But if a female deity AVENGES the injustice of her daughter.. she's called a "bitch"? WTF? LMAO! loser.

@YourDarkAccomplice She went crying to Zeus. Zeus gave him permission in the first place and Hades is one of the more rich and accomplished gods. He is the god of wealth. I mean the Greeks weren't brutish. You watch to much 300 and stuff, they were rather intelligent. The minotaur was a way to explain the animalistic tendancies of all humans and the myths were highly symbolic on humanity.
