It is possible to create reference geometry in the photo scene using the generated points as well as points you add. This reference geometry would also import into AutoCAD via the DWG.
Nice project! You should try doing a "user assisted" match on a few of the photos that show the "yellow" status: didn't auto-stitch. Right click on a "yellow" photo and select "Manual Stitch...". Do that process for a few of the representative unstitched photos and then recompute. Note you don't need to manually stitch all of the unstitched photos, when you help it learn about one unstitched photo it often helps auto-stitch other ones. Also shrink the size of your points in AutoCAD.
