  • hey bianca hart its been a long time since we talked but anyway what do you recommend to eat in the mornings cause im trying to loose weight i know i go back to the gym in march about two years ago i lost all the weight but gained it back because i took care of my dad because he found out he had cancer and last summer he past away but know im ready to make him proud and im ready to get motivated to do this my highest was 390 right now im 260 my goal is 200 but ok thanks also late happy new year

  • Your in good shape. I no what you meaning about toning up.. Body builders still have to keep their self toned so they don't get to much body fat..

  • Would love to see you in the gym! Do you mean your home gym or an actual gym?

    Good luck with your goal of 150. I eat tostitos and salsa as a snack as well. Maybe you should do a side by side comparison video to see the difference. (Like, a snippet from an older video followed a snippet from this video. or side by side progress pictures if you take them.) That way your changes are more obvious.
