he is an absolute legend...... i saw the band a few times in the 80's and they were my fave, their gigs were unique! i think i've got a signed copy of no place like home somewhere or other. i had a webpage tribute up for ages when stuart died i was just so gutted. the webpage just had the lyrics to 13 valleys on it (one of their best tracks imo) & the world def seems like an emptier place without him in it. i m glad others feel the same, his songs were pure poetry... forever missed .. RIP
If this is the old grey whistle test special is there any chance you could make me a copy? I will pay you whatever for it. It recalls some great memories for me!
it is togwt but its on a vhs video tape and the quality is not that good as it is so old...not sure how i could make you a copy, also i don`t think its just BC,i think there is some old INXS footage on the tape aswell
I love these clips. Thank God for youtube, because I was never able to see them live. I get so sad when I start to think about Stuart ending his life though. Don't you wish you could turn back time and save him? That shows how great his music was. I pray for his family and friends.
Quelle energie ! Quel charisme !
I am glad I saw them live a few times, they never disappointed me.Long Live Stuart..It's a shame he is not here with us anymore but BC music will live on..Great post!
Hey, That is so cool how Stuart talks about this song. I have been listening to this song for 20+ years but only recently I have started to think really hard about the lyrics. "Another promise fallen through, another season passes by you." At it's heart, this is a song about fighting depression. But in the end, Stuart lost that fight and it took his life.
A fire left us when Stuart passed on.

This video brings back so many memories. Saw them live on numerous occasions in the 80's. They were awesome.
So sad Stuart Adamson is no longer with us but his music will live on forever.
