the feathers in the video are real rooster feathers. check out peta's website to see what they do to those poor roosters to get those feathers. Its really sad. I'd reccomend using a cruelty-free version. You can buy them online. I got some from "Picasso Hair Feathers" ..if you google them you'll find it. They look awesome.. and they dont hurt any animals :(

Umm, you do know that birds don't have to die to get a feather from them. They lose feathers all the time. I'm not sure what type of feathers these are, but you don't kill a bird for feathers.

It wasn't until recently that I found out they use real feathers. I do know that a rooster does not HAVE to be killed for feathers. Maybe they are, but they don't have to be. ahh ur hair is adorable! i love it. I currently have 10 feathers in right now, some as like low-lights, some in my bangs, and some just around my face. I do have a question tho. I like to put my feathers closer to the top of my hair, but then sometimes the micro-link pops out, but if i put them under too many layers of hair (to hide the microlink)then the feather hides under the layers of hair. I was just wondering if u had tips on how to fix this,or if u have come across this prob befor thanks!

Where can you purcess them in stores like a beauty place like Sally's beauty supply because my mom doesnt like buying things online and i didnt see how you slid the micro thing in you hair because the camera was kinda at a different angle where i couldnt see it that much.But what else can you use to slide the bead into your hair and where can you purcess the beads?Do you like slip the hair though and twist it? I dont know .But can you use a rubber band or like hair tie?Thanks for all the help

@hellahottie661 The extensions take about two washes, but after that they will mimic the texture of your hair. I always recommend that my clients just lightly wrap them around an curling iron until they begin to mimic the natural curl of the wearers hair. I hope this helps! :)
