End torture in Guantanamo and on American soil. Officer Michael Urbina, Sharnice Gartrell and Naima Reed brutally beat up a woman at Reagan National Airport.
The Metropolitan Washington Airports Authority Police pressed fake charges against her to somehow justify the beating. She has permanent brain damage as a result of the concussion blow Officer Michael Urbina gave her when he beat her.
There needs to be a federal agency policing the police. End torture in Washington DC.

Since the Obama will not investigate and censure Bush admin. official civic groups are picking up the slack, but wouldn't this set a dangerous precedent for the future?

No not really. They are not seeking criminal charges just the disbarment of the lawyer. This sets a very good precedent that might protect against the politicization of the Justice Department in the future by basically saying if you abuse your position as a lawyer to help others break the law you will lose your license. Simple as that.
