The mark of the beast in rev. is a parody of the mark of the lamb. It is no different than the mark that is mentioned in the OT books of Isaiah, Jerimiah, and Ezekiel that was given to the people back then. It is symbolic language used in anchent hebrew depicting loyalty or "identity with", the mark on the forhead represents ones thoughts and mind, the mark on the hand represents ones deeds. This is a 1st century book depicting a 1st century persecution and a 1st cent. judgement in 70AD.

Suleiman the Magnificent, a Caliph, had a crown made for him that had four tiers. @ goonerook: I would suggest researching “dhimmitude,” (the Islamic practice of institutionalized discrimination against non-Muslims). This could be implemented on a national or local level. Also Google Islamic or “Sharia finance” (financial institutions function according to “Islamic principles” and exclude those who don’t). In other words if you don’t follow the Sharia you’re out of luck. Consider the consequences of Islamic oil producers refusing to sell to non-Islamic countries, etc.

Like the RFID the can track your every move. We live in a computer world. You may be right about what kind of mark they use like the bar code 666. But the mark at the end of days will be something you cannot take off like a ban on the head or arm

good video but I am not sold on this ideal, first John wrote about NUMBER not words. Although words can be use as number I donot thing this is the case. God would be confusing the reader. Second and most importance if the fact the mark will keep track of everybody. This would be a computer chip. However this chip could have the same marking as the one in the video?

"Stoning" is the OLD COVENANT that God give to Israelites, to inculcate them in straight way. But remember that God said [Jeremiah 31:31] "I will make a NEW COVENANT with the house of Israel"... Jesus said [Matthew 26:28] "For this is my blood, that of the NEW COVENANT"... Jesus replace the punishment (stoning) on the cross. Abraham cast out Hagar&Ismael [Gen21:10]. But God still bless Ishmael [Genesis21:18], but did not give a Covenant at all. Muhammad was not his descendant.
