@rolliepollieolliedoi Thanks, and you're right, it's one of the things that I seriously enjoy and am fascinated by, I always practice to have actual fun. So it maybe is more of a passion than a mere hobby :D
ahh, my maestro just put me on this piece, suddenly, without any warning. i actually really enjoy playing it, because it's not insanely difficult like i believed it would be nor is it insanely easy to master. it's a lovely piece, at that. :) you play it very well, i admire you for it.
al tocar el violin ay que evitar mover demasiado el cuerpo y se tocara con mas presicion y afinacion increible me gustaria ver a este joven tocar como le comento y se que va a ser extraordinario.
hey Iluminada u tend to rush at the begining and somwhere around 6:39 you tend to move ur elbow with unessesary movement but other than that good job! =D
THIS IS PHENOMENAL!!!! I've been listening to it for several times now, and I can't believe how well you played it! I'm playing this piece right now, and I don't think I can't even play it as well as you do. STUPENDOUS PERFORMANCE!
Really nice. Even though you seem to be speeding up in a few parts, and being a but sharp, that may be because I was used to listening to my friends from my violin class play it a bit slower.
=D This is really good for playing for 4 years! I've been playing for 7 1/2 years, and I'm just moving onto this piece next year!
you sound amazing, i have to agree at certain spots a little sharp, but i enjoyed your style and ur tone quality was bery good. i'm 17 right now and a senior, and i'm playing that piece for UIL solo and ensemble this year for viola. but i've been playing to seven years and i don't know if i could get it that good, but i'm going to try
first i have to congratulate you, i am absolutely amazed that you have accomplished so much in so little time, even though this concerto is not the hardest yet is not easy neither and yes, i mean more ritardando, it seems that the whole piece from the beginning is very mechanical. your intonation is very good except in one area you got out but overall very good. i will record this concerto to show you what how i see it, listen if you can igor oistrakh playing cantabile of paganini
i just started to learn that, the left hand technic-skills it needs is very demanding therefore intresting. But overall i dont like the concerto very much, its boring and a bit crazy sometimes. Anyway... i enjoy playing violin so...
thats not a valid argument cause im 12 and have been playing for 4 years and i already finished this song longggggggg ago so yea. but he's really good so dont make an excuse for y he's better then normal
Oh thank you :) But I think I must be better than Sarah Chang at age ten according to you, Dark :D:D:D But I'm obviously not. So let's enjoy our little Accolay until Carmen Fantasy comes :D
sounds like we're on the same mission! ;]I've been playing for almost three years and I'm about to start this piece to play at an upcoming competition. Great job by the way! :]
Right arm must move smoothly, and without sharp edges almost like an infinity symbol :D. Achieving that took longer than other parts because synchronization with left hand was very important. And overall, while being played continously, it also had to sound forte, powerful. I hope you see what I mean because while listening to Itzhak Perlman I had to find exactly what he was doing to sound musical, and unfortunately without seeing him; but u can see me lol :)
:P i think your posture if just fine! If not near perfect. Everyone is different slightly. Either you have an amazing teacher, you're more than a natural or you've read Leopold Auer's book "Violin playing as I teach it" SO WHICH IS IT? lol you're extremely good for only 4 years :D
At the beginning you should be extra careful to sound right and musical, after that double stops must be practiced with utmost care, to sound exactly right you must listen to them very carefully while you , then the saltatos at the second page were one of the hardest parts for me to get that jumping bow flowing, after that there comes a fast passage it must be practiced very very slowly and make the f's and p's as clear as possible (the tril-like things there should be emphasized too).
From 5:13 is the second hardest part; u can play the notes right but what is important there is the musicality;for it is an amazingly beautiful part you will want to play it elegantly so as to warm people's hearts... After that the last hard part comes:6:46. They are attached, so they are to be practiced extremely slow at first to get'em right (u'll accelerate l8r)
and be careful with the nuances which helps bring the music. The last page is the most fun to play play it forté and excitingly
very nice job! im about to perform this and i wanted a recording to listen to for cues and such...but i didnt have a recording so i went on youtube to find one...this served me well...once again very nice job \m/
bad sound qualilty other then that... NICE

Which slow part exactly? And do you mean more ritardando, which means play the slow part slowly :D enlighten me please.

The reason you play 4 years and play as good as someone for six years is because your 19. Your brain is more developed.
