HA! Insight has shitty customer service. You might as well get someone in India, because these hillbillies can't speak English, either. Whenever you call, you're treated like a nuisance, even when you're trying to get service! Plus, their prices are through the roof. When I moved, I was trying to get internet and home phone service, and they wanted $160. That broke down to $105 for the internet and $55 for the phone. This was even after having service for 3 years with a perfect payment record.
@ComedyBoy475 Yeah, I'd expect someone from Kentucky to think Insight was good. You're all extremely uneducated, and so you're too stupid to know when you're getting ripped-off. I have a MUCH faster speed from another company for about half the price of Insight. And you probably don't think the customer service is bad, because you're used to people being assholes in Kentucky (since every single person is).
