Where was this at?I'm 15 and I support our militias fully. Heck, let me bring my own guns. I got an sks with a full clip of armor piercing in my room right now. I got 4 boxes of ammo for it too. That's just one of the many weapons I got. I can shoot straight. I got 4 bags of camo. I own a cb radio in my truck. I got a get done attitude and I know what's really going on in the world. Where do I sign up? :D
The 2nd Amendment is about politics and how they who engage within it will deny freedom to people. Its, 2nd Amend.,History of ideals, was not just protecting guns but to protect All parts of Constitution and keep those who would abuse it at bay. Tell militia today it can keep its guns and most would disband, rest of Constitution could just go to hell. That is except for the very same regligious and racist militia nuts who are avid supporters of the Middle East Wars and US military adventures.
You cannot seperate the militia cause from US governments illegal warmaking! As long as US militia continue to support US military adventurism and its warrior cult mentality you will have the necessary Fascist ingredients that rule from DC today, Our Corporate Political Ideology allied with a far Right Christian Zioinst participation in a police state. Most Militia grunts so worried about guns they know little of what real politic of US is nor what objective is if armed conflict comes about.
Yes we must teach our kids about guns so they can join the military and steal other country's resources. With GOD on their side of course. We must support the Warrior and we have nto been invbaded because we been busy invading other countries, until once again all we got to shoot at are mostly unarmed civilians, but what the hell live fire on live targets and come home heros for defending the American way. HAVE BEEN MILITIA FAR LONGER THAN MOST ON U-TUBE BUT IT IS NOT JUST MY FN GUN I PROTECT.
Not teaching kids in America about guns and teaching them to shoot is stupid. I hate seeing people in their 30s who have never even shot a gun in their life.
Guns are the biggest Influence that was ever invented. Guns changed everything and people need to be educated like these children about them.
if i had my way i would be training my kid to shoot before he comes out of the woom but there is just no way hw will be with us in may whoora to the republic.
sorry, but you guys are INSANE, WTF IS WRONG WRONG WITH YOU??? these are children, not soldiers, and your giving them guns? ok im as left wing and liberal as they come (yes im a communist) but WHERE THE FUCK ARE THE PARENTS?? this shouldnt be aloud, again WHATS WRONG WITH YOU????
Bamboo14b what u should ask is what hell is wrong with u , after all most kids killes their first deer at the age of 9 years old , and they all look older than 9 ,
well i can safely say neither me nor anyone i know has ever killed a deer, and im significantly older than 9 years old, ok i live in britain, where we have very strict gun control laws, however i have always been opposed to said controls, but when you look at these images its disturbing, what sort of effect are these activities having on the children, its insane, ok let a child use a bb gun or a .22 cal air rifle thats fine but some of the weapons shown are cleerly far more sophisticated.
Bamboo14b just bhecause ur country has taken ur right to be free dont mean shit hit , Ill be willing to bet u never went hunting in ur life , when u teach kids when they are young about guns and gun safty , u dont have nuts that think a gun is a tool on a video game , every person should own atlease one gun , but more is better
why do u think america hasnt every been ivaded ?? because the people are better armed than alot of the other countries armies is
Because just a good kids safety course would be great for kids. Hunting and Safety course... all the other use of these weapons does not do anything for them. A sniper rifle in a kids hand of 50cal nature is no good unless you are going to teach them the mathematics of distance measurement and bullet flight
That is because you are looking at things from a proffessional military point of view. These are all private citizens and their children, they have been taught safety, and respect for these weapons. Where you look at things from a "mission" perspective, we look at it from a "right to keep and bear arms" perspective. This is NOT about hunting.
I guess you are correct. I am looking at things from a tactical perspective but the hunting and weapons safety courses are always good for a kid to learn. Hunting is always a skill that can be carried over later for tactical eros.
Have a great and and hope all stays well with your camp.
Choose a weapon that you most likely will use the most and will give you the least trouble in terms of maintenance. The AK-rifles are the king of reliablity and are more inexpensive than AR-rifles. AK's have fewer parts, are good out to 250 meters in ability to hit a man-sized target effectively, and can run dirty for a long time. Mags are more reliable. Parts are plenty. Ammo is still relatively cheap. And you can beat someone to death without breaking the gun. AR can't do that well!
What? Did I get a thumbs down for disagreeing? Haha the M16 is a piece of shit that jams when the first speck of dirt get into the barrel, how's that? Just because it's manufactured in America doesn't make it awesome. It's accurate and lightweight, sure, but of course there is going to be a trade off. I am so sick of biased comparisons between these two rifles.
What it all boils down to is reliability in the field. If your firearm does not operate like it should, you will die. Very simple.
i agree with you 100% the only thing bad about the ak47 is the round it fires. good knockdown power but drops out of the sky at 100 to 200 or so yards.but engagements usually happen between 20 to 150 yards so it is not that big of an deal.
Yeah, thats been my expierence too. Once you get beyond 250 yards it's not going to be very accurate, but as you said.. most of the time if you're exchanging fire with someone it's going to take place somewhere within that range - which is specifically what the weapon was designed for. Again, I used the word "personally" to emphasize that this was an opinion. Not a professional critique of the firearm.. someone obviously didn't like that.
are you a part of the militia? anyway i am looking for an ak74 do you have any suggestions on what manufactures to buy from or models? i like the .223 better because it is a little cheaper and easier to find ammo. and don't worry about stuff stuff like that. its just people who don't know how to think lol
No, there are no active militias in my state for some reason. Makes no sense.
I'm a big fan of the 7.62 round. It isn't very hard to find the ammunition here, it definitely does get expensive though. I'd suggest buying a used rifle (I like yugos), once the barrel is worn in it'll shoot a lot better. Be aware of what imperfections to look for when browsing - Shitty or incorrectly installed parts. Other than just about any rifle is going to serve you well. Decide on what caliber is best for you.
what do you think about arsenal? are they an good company to buy from? is the quality of there rifles nice? i really like the SLR-106F what do you think of the rifle?
Right now I'm living in South Carolina, doesn't make any sense for my state not to have one.
I was just looking at some Arsenals last night. They're definitely on the more expensive side, but you get what you pay for from what I hear. If you have a $800-$1200 budget, it's a good choice mabey. Never shot one myself though.
I think it is, yes. Just inspect the rifle before you buy it. I'd suggest picking one up for 2 or $300 at your local pawn shop. Inexpensive, probably worn in and will still last you a lifetime. Make sure it's not a WASR-10, though. They are the Romanian made AK clones. They're the ones that give people the most trouble from what I hear.
Theres nothing wrong with that, but it only increases your chances of getting a low quality rifle that you'll want to send back. In the end it's up to you, whatever is more convenient. You'll still have to go to an FFL dealer to pick up your rifle even if you buy online so it makes more sense to shop around in person.
18 but that does not stop you from reading, shooting and practicing basic bush skills. Dont be afraid to start pulling togeather some basic gear as well.

you live in the U.S. get a REAL gun.

Personally, I'd rather use a Kalashnikov in the field. They're much more reliable than any other firearm we've developed as far as I know.
