As a fellow drummer I have a couple of questions Nick. #1. Your drums have amazing tone which brand do you play with?. #2. As a drummer I know it's all in the wrist and MAJOR practice when it comes to blast-beats and for the speed at which you are preforming at, but for the life of me I've never seen the techniquie you use, I guessing maybe it might orginate from jazz???. Sometimes, cheap china's of 40-70 euro's sound better than 200-300 euro china. Wohan and Stagg are good examples. Ask any drummer to do a china sound test without them knowing the brand. You'll see :)
