When it comes to reps on Dbells or bands, on every workout should I be using a weight that has me totally maxing out at around 10 or so reps? As in cannot do another single rep.

@musicismylove92 Military pushups are right underneath the shoulders (or a little lower) and your elbows pinch your body when you go down as you would experience in yoga and going into upward dog from plank. Standard pushups are wider out and a bit further up on the body....

@Nanaman12345 This was half of the workout, but all of the moves; after you complete it do it ALL over except start with Wide fly pull pull ups and then do the same workout.
actually this workout aint bad, its the plyometrics that kills me , my legs burn , when it comes to the rock star jumps, im almost hitting the floor, lol , but by then its nearly cool down time, :)
Great work. Excellent results. However, look at your push-ups. You'll see you have about two or three inches left in your pushup, but you stop just a split second before locking your arms. You obviously have great results, but I think you would find more growth if you went all the way up. (I was in the Army for six years, and those would technically not be passing pushup in a physical training test). Big props, but I think you can take it to the next level...!

@kozenfit I know I'm not lee and I don't look like that but yea you can do whatever you want. The soreness usually is just because you have't worked out a lot (if you do work out a lot then just forget this). Basically to get the soreness out is to stretch and continue to work out.

I know there is a doubles workout program in P90X which has cardio and weight training, but will I lose fat if I do the classic? I don't need to lose that much (maybe 6-7 pounds) but I don't want to build muscle under the fat.

@DIEGODEGGO2 each workout is an hour. about 5 mins warm up, 40-45 mins actual workout of the focused areas (in this case chest and back), than another 5-6 mins cool down. but when you do it it feels 5 hours aha.
