  • When it comes to reps on Dbells or bands, on every workout should I be using a weight that has me totally maxing out at around 10 or so reps? As in cannot do another single rep.

  • Hi ive seen the video and what are the differences between "Heavy Pants" and "Back Flys" also where do you get your chin up bar from and does it include the handles or where do you get the handles from?

  • @786Faisal I think he was doing the Back Flys wrong. Well not wrong he just decided to do Heavy Pants again. If you look at the people in the video they have a slightly different technique.

  • @786Faisal Heavy pants is like your trying to put on a pair of pants, backflys are more for the back you can do standing or sitting.

  • @musicismylove92 standard push ups is about shoulder width apart and military push ups is where your hands are almost touching

  • @musicismylove92 Military pushups are right underneath the shoulders (or a little lower) and your elbows pinch your body when you go down as you would experience in yoga and going into upward dog from plank. Standard pushups are wider out and a bit further up on the body....

  • @musicismylove92 Military you place you hand beneath your shoulders where as standard is where your hands are about double that distance :)

  • @Nanaman12345 This was half of the workout, but all of the moves; after you complete it do it ALL over except start with Wide fly pull pull ups and then do the same workout.

  • actually this workout aint bad, its the plyometrics that kills me , my legs burn , when  it comes to the rock star jumps, im almost hitting the floor, lol , but by then its nearly cool down time, :)

  • Great work. Excellent results. However, look at your push-ups. You'll see you have about two or three inches left in your pushup, but you stop just a split second before locking your arms. You obviously have great results, but I think you would find more growth if you went all the way up. (I was in the Army for six years, and those would technically not be passing pushup in a physical training test). Big props, but I think you can take it to the next level...!

  • @1amRy4n get the pull up bar that hangs from the door frame? no drilling or anything and its removable

  • hey lee i have a wierd question. after an intense bicep/tricep workout i feel really sore and i cant brush my teeth. i also have this wierd myth that i cant take a shower like shampoo and scrub my body with the sponge. like i cant sponge my back, shoulders because i feel that im not supposed to use my arms after working out because they are supposed to be resting. so lee, do you shower normally.? i mean like do you brush ur teeth with strength normally and do you clean you armpits and shampoo?

  • @kozenfit I know I'm not lee and I don't look like that but yea you can do whatever you want. The soreness usually is just because you have't worked out a lot (if you do work out a lot then just forget this). Basically to get the soreness out is to stretch and continue to work out.

  • @DIEGODEGGO2 each workout is an hour. about 5 mins warm up, 40-45 mins actual workout of the focused areas (in this case chest and back), than another 5-6 mins cool down. but when you do it it feels 5 hours aha.

  • say if u cant afford weights for the back ones any ideas on what to use?
