  • Having worked in this field for years, wells break and/or eventually go dry. Then what? In my opinion, Michael Pritchard's water filter that makes filthy water drinkable is a better and cheaper option. Charity:W is just a fundraising organization 3 yrs. old. No long term studies of the depletion of the water table is documented on their site. I wish they had a better strategic plan than just "donate". How will Charity:W help when the water in the well is gone?

  • wait a minute.. i wanna contribute to the organisation but I wanna know if they plan to go to Iraq.. and build some wells there.. the people of Iraq have it bad and need clean water too..

  • Charity: Water is such a great organization. Everyone should do whatever they can to help them out. 100% of your donations go to providing clean, safe drinking water for people in Africa, Asia and Latin America. They're in NYC so volunteer if you can.

  • lOve to you.
