There's this guy I really like. I've liked him since 5th grade (7th now), but he knows I like him so it would awkward to talk to him. Also I don't have any classes with him. To make matters even worse, I can't talk to guys I like. I have a bunch of guy friends but I can't talk to the ones I like... Please help(:

And honestly the only one that was actually worth my time was wen it was my senior yr probably cuz we were both mature enough to think that school came first & then our relationship second , & am still with him (: I totally regret havin gone out with the other ones they just were a distraction in school so i totally agree with you
High school IS a time to prepare you for the real world and college. I love how focus you are, hope I raise my daughter the sane way, I think so far so good. And never settle, or lower your standards for anyone, you've set them as is for a reason 3 pray for more blessings and wisdom for you 3
You should have a boyfriend i mean if you want especially since its your junior year with all the stress sometimes its good to have someone besides ur friends to have a genuinely good time with you dint have to put your all into a relationship because like you said its high school .. but yea guys arent always a destraction well some of them

couldn't have said it better!!! especially the playing hard to get and the not texting thing... I am 21 and I am going through that right now lol the guy I am interested in we talked all day every day during our college winter break and now that school started back up we haven't been talking as much :( not this past sunday but the one before that we were talking and then we eventually said goodnight and I didn't hear from him until 4 days later on that thursday... he of course said he was sorry

I agree, there is no reason to rush into relationships in high school. High school is where you are growing up and getting yourself together. It's perfectly okay to be single and just have "guy friends." Most girls worry so much about boyfriends, but really in a few years it probably won't even matter.
