I've had this kit for years and am just starting on it. Mine's the older release where the sphere "ring" with the windows is part of the top half of the sphere, not a separate piece and it came with two sets of legs, for either the landed position or in-flight as well as some white metal parts for the leg shroud supports and thrusters.
I also lucked out and found a flight deck add-on detail kit w/decals from Planet V to give this kit a bit more interior detail.
The flight deck is being re-released in the coming months. I was hoping there was a passenger deck as well. Don't know that I am at a level to build such a thing.
Sort of easy insofar as there are lots of the same chairs, walls etc,
Sorta difficult insofar as there are chairs and walls, etc that all have to be made to exacting size, scale and angles.curves...
A couple years ago, I balked at the $45 for the PL 350 1701, saying "I'd never spend that kind of cash on a kit!" A few months later, I bought two.
From there, it's escalated. I think my first resin kit was just under $200. Now, I see spending that kind of cash as very reasonable.
I'm dying to have the freedom to buy the big boys that start in the $600+ range. I think the most expensive I've seen is the DeBoer Reliant at ~$2k. Wow! But that kind if cash is two months rent... :(

Very nice looking kit!
I'm chock full of envy.
Can't wait to see the assembly episodes on that, I'm a complete newbie about resin.

Resin is lotsa fun to work with. Very different from plastic or vinyl kits.
