I used Screenium to record the screen on OS X, it's a great app :) Screenium changes the cursor while recording, it only shows up in the video :)

If you're using Snow Leopard (OS X 10.6) you can just use Quicktime X to record your screen. It's free and works just as well :)

How'd you make that wallpaper?

I put my camera on a tripod in a pitch black room and set it to a 10 second exposure (so it captures all the light in that 10 seconds)

Then i pressed the shutter and got my iPod, turned the screen on, and drew the word LOL in the air :)

The camera picks up the light from the screen so on the picture it shows LOL :D

Same method as those streaky car headlight pictures :)

this is a mac gem. if you double click the desktop while camouflage is on, it opens finder, and it's very convenient!

lol, I think I'd go insane with that many icons on my desktop (I tend to be very minimalistic, so at most I have 4 icons visible on my desktop, and to me there's no point in finding a nice wallpaper if half of it is going to be covered by icons :))... nonetheless, good video, thanks for the tip!

I use the desktop as a dumping ground for files xD Just hide it with this app :D Tend to sort it out once a week :)

You could just enable the quit finder menu item, then they'd all disappear
