  • hi shan...i love to cook n see diff recipes n renovate food so it taste diff n intresting every time so i saw your bhindi recipe ...liked it but just the water part was not rite to me.........other than that it was intresting n specially the pickel part.........one tip from my side when i cook gujarati dal i always add dry achar mix to it ...it gives great taste n color to dal......thanks n u r handsome shan haaaaaaa

  • I just watched about 8 of your 16 vids. In none of them you use ginger. I alwas thought that ginger was one of the most important stuffs in indian cooking. Am I wrong?

  • OMG your back - lol!!!! If you were watching I deep fried the bhindi, cooking the stuff instantly. The water doesn't affect it. Trust me. ps SUGAR....lol this is not bhindi halva

  • Excellent! Okra is very difficult to come by in New Zealand and it is something I miss terribly as I've not had Bhindi since I left England.

    I've already sent one of my friends who is in Harrogate this weekend to your restaurant so I'll wait with baited breath to hear his verdict! Hopefully when I'm next in the UK I'll be able to visit your restaurant too.
