I loved video games when i was a kid, I'd play this game till my hands and arms burned. If i messed up, i'd give the monitor a severe shaking and smash the desk... Though it was very infrequently because I coulda gone pro I was so skilled. Now I can't manage to go a week without pissing on the toilet seat or the floor. This is the progression of life. Epic fail.

The attitude and charm this game has is unbeatable, it's a shame modern games aren't this badass. The new Unreal games are a bit of a let down, UT2004 had some of the attitude and badass, UT3 didn't feel right at all compared to the first.

@Rixxrap Modern FPSers without UT99 or other similar FPS experience SUCK. That's all there is to it. A UT99 rookie could kick the crap out of a good MW2 player. UT99 players are so good it's UNREAL. But the most important thing to me is that this game was FUUUU...N as HELL.

This was the perfect MP game for anyone who felt shafted with the original. Epic created an amazing Single player game with lackluster but good multiplayer with the original Unreal. Then they create a great multiplayer game with a lackluster single player mode. Anyone vote for Epic making a single player Unreal 3 on Na Pali again? :)

I had this problem to, but i got it fixed.

All you have to do is start UT, then exit the game and inmidiatly start UT again ( dont wait for the music to stop). Now the game speed will be good :P
