All this airline ratings are stupid. Because they give out stars because of the food, comfort, crew, ect. But remember whats important about airlines is the safety. And airlines like Lufthansa, Delta, KLM, british airways have very good trained pilots, trained stewardess, and excellent maintanence. And the crews know how to react to an emergency, if Singapore gets an emergency what are the stewardess in their dresses gonna do but smile?

With emirates in first class you get your own mini cabin thing with a TV, a detachable computer screen which also includes the function of opening and shutting the cabin doors (classy!!) and a bottle of wine (sometimes and for 18 and 18+ only)

My J-class experiences are mostly on BA, but have also trvld CX and AA J-Class. The new BA Club World seats are fab, imho. Fully flat, horizontal bed, fantastic IFE and once the privacy screen is raised when in a rearward-facing window seat, it's like being in a private cabin!! And the cabin crew are discreet, not in-your-face, which is what I prefer. CX offer the best all-round inflight service I have ever experienced (J or Y class) but their ground staff let them down, esp at HKG airport.
