I'm pretty sure AP is using an American accent here, but it sounds muddled. It took her a long time to sound believable, but now she's fantastic at it.

na dog, bout 1/3 the way thru -- you missed a good bit of the plot for the kid's character, but not much for the band/Penny. Sick movie top to bottom, wish we had more like it these days ... :-(

@shokeeng I would like to know that too. I feel like in every movie and even in real life, she is always switching accents that I can never tell which is her real one.
