@BrettJRipley A first line center could be acquired later; either through free agency, rookie development, or a trade. I think the Oilers made the perfect move by picking this guy. They aren't looking to fix their team and make a run next year. What the Oil did is they signed a talented goal scorer that they will begin building around. They'll be be dangerous two, three, and four years from now.
