This is universally correct. You run anything better on HD rather than in a disc.

But the most important detail about the discs is that they're the original product proof and I like it.

the psp running the iso might have the cpu setting to below 222, while the umd is running at defualt speed or higher. therfore it depends on cpu speed.

FLASH MEMORY OWNS DISC"S reading data off a flash drive is 10 times faster than a disc.... plus people with cfw and overclock there psp's.... gta vcs takes about 1 min to load on a non ctf psp with a disc iso on ctw about 10 secs. iso's use less power and less time..... in fact the umd is going to be phased out by sony in favor of digital (aka iso's) soooo the umd IS DEAD! (it fails anyways)

Sony has been trying to crack down on hacking for the PSP and PS3, but with the demand after they leak info about new consoles makes it hard to focus on issues like that.

The black one is a PSP 1000 therefore it is slower. The white one is PSP 2000 it is 40% faster than the ordinary fatter one. If your gonna do a test, please use the same motherboard.

most of it is dependent on the memorystick speed, personally i find that cards over 2gb are much slower and that sandisk cards are slightly faster than sony, although hi-speed 2gb sticks are among the best around, anything over 2gb the psp crawls...
