I'm shocked no one in here has even mentioned that you're going too fast and not lowering yourself enough (hahaha just joking). You did what, 20 reps there? I bet if you slow down and do them right, 10 reps per set would benefit you a hell of a lot better, plus allow you to crank out more sets. Just saying.
words of advice keep your kness straight go down some more the problem is you have no upper body strength to go down further try doing pushups to build your upper body strength
yes is good but i think in this type of moviment u should control better then that the negative, i like to do 12 reps, slow and also close grip push ups , with no pause
yeah not bad im assuming u could prob do about 100? i can do those forever man buy i keep my feet on the ground and lower myself till i touch the floor them up really good exersise for people to do before they start weights to get the tricep toned. i do these after pushups they really burn. Do them in 3 sets of however many u can do until failure. Thats one set them do 3 of those thats i train. Its really effective. Good work man keep it up.

hey guy, you are to fast, you have to do it slower and go more down, you do a minimal distance between highest point and lowest point, little tip ;)

It's a nice exercise, but it puts a lot of pressure on your shoulders working with your elbows behind your body like that.
Apart from that, it's great for building triceps

Straiten your legs, Dont curl your upper body to a ball. Go way lower, and slower!

obviously slower reps would be better, a little bit lower as well straiten your legs out and try adding weight onto your thighs if they get too easy
