VAC ban does not mean that you lose your Steam Account.

IF he gets a VAC-ban he will keep all his games but can't play on VAC Servers any more.

VAC doesn't mean people can't hack, or that they'll be banned right when they join when using hacks. VAC can sometimes take months before banning someone for an infraction.

Just a little tip, if you spec someone on games like tf2 and other fps games, and their screen is shaking a little all the time when they aim from target to target, they are using aimbot. Its like a glitchy turnover bumping.
