Dear apauln. yes this is it. you can use a submergable blue aquarium light above the surface of the water instead of using it under water, looks cool both with complete lighting on and seperately! but don't keep it on cont'ly 24 hrs 'cuz fish do need complete dark also!
is this what they call 'moon light' lighting? and if so, how do you get this moon light effect?
