not her best? yes there has been better olympias from dessay, but maybe thats because she wasnt very comfortable singing this one.....i mean....do u hear all the splashing? maybe she was having trouble to sing because she was moving too much or smthing...

Singing this song is quite difficult. Though I agree with you, sour7lemon, that this isn't Dessay's best, anyone who can even attempt this song and have it come out half-decent has excellent vocal control. The Doll Song was such an ingenious idea, though it's hard to execute.

le timbre est toujour +- le meme... mais elle ne monte plus aussis haut que sa... elle montai j'usqu'au contre si bémol et maintenent,j'usqu'au contre mi,elle n'est plus dans le repertoir de la soprano léger,mais plus dans celui de la colorature...la vrai colorature,je dirai meme colorature lyrique ou colorature dramatique,je la verai le 11 avril au theatre du chatelet elle va chanter pour l'unicef,je lui demanderai si tu veux...
