The contracts are drawn up for big business and hurt small businesses like ours. And with wages and benefits being what they are Unions are also hurting our customers. We have to charge $210 an hour for labor just to break even and that is when the mechanics get their work done on time. Hatred? Venom? Not by a long shot. Just the facts.
