Yes, they "sucks". Youre a complete ass and sound like a crybaby bitch. Blame the Sens for not sticking up for their goalie and ALLOWING Peters to bounce knuckles off of Emerys head. I think it was great that Peters got to pound on Emery. This whole thing showed just how close Buffalo is as a team and also how close Ottawa is as a team. They left their goalie out there to get manhandled and every NHL team will take shots at him knowing that Ottawa wont do a damn thing.

Clean hit, Drury wasnt expecting it for sure, and there was nothing he could do. But it was only a second, probably less after the shot that Neil hit him, which is a clean hit. Just one hell of an openice hit. Great job by Buffalo resonding adn going after Ottawa's stars, great old time hockey. The "new" (A.K.A crappy) NHL severely lacks games like that.

not even really a late hit and perfectly legal, a late hit is anything after 2-3 strides after the puck is released or lost, drury only took half a stride and got hit. Neil was already making the move to hit him before he shot the puck so it wasn't a dirty hit. drury probabley wouldn't have even fallen over from the hit if he hadn't just shot the puck. for reference i'm not biased becuase i'm canadian, i'm actually a Rangers fan.

When you hit a player who doesn't have possession of the puck, it's a penalty. If the refs had done their job by calling the penalty, the fight would not have ensued.

1) shoulder/no elbow
2) no charge/stayed on his feet
3) hit in the chest/side/hit head on ice
4) got fucked up because hes a moron and doesnt put his helmet on tight!
5) LESS than 1 second after release of puck
if dipshit would strap on his bucket tight his head wouldnt have split open on the ice. if he had of kept his head up he would have seen it coming and braced himself and probably wouldnt have been injured

It was a headshot regardless and the NHL needs to address these types of hits before someone gets seriously injured. The NFL has these sorts of rules and rightly so. A shoulder can do more damage than an elbow if delivered to a players head. Neil also came from Drurys left and was completely helpless. Neil knew exactly what he was doing and its not a coincidence that this happened right after Buffalo took a 3-2 lead after scoring 2 quick goals in under a minute.
