In the US it is all about money ( foster adoption incentives) they make thousands for every child over thier quota. The foster parents are lied to that the mothers are not doing what they are told. There was a girl named Jessica and she was 17 and sleeping with her foster dad in Baltimore. My friend was raped in foster care and tried to tell cps and they called her a liar. This is just a few yrs ago and nothings changed.
Also another thing what is funny is that we know other families and their children get beaten on a regular basis by the father who is an alcoholic and drug addict yet social workers are with them but they fail to do anything to protect the children and they also took them off the register a few weeks ago.

I've had social workers for about 8 years. One asked my mum if i was gay just because i had long hair? As a kid they used to say that i said my mother hits me when i never said that at all because my mother has never hit me once in my life.
Now they are back with us after 5 years going over our past which is 6 - 7 years old and they are still trying to take my younger sisters away for no reason except for our past.

Has anyone here tried calling out the judges "Oath of office" while on stand and for the record? I learned that if they refuse to acknowledge this oath, they can then LAWFULLY be under citizens arrest and thrown in prison for being an " Imposter of the courts". The reason why this is important is because there oath of office claims "YOU have the right to a fair trial and there cannot be a fair trial if there is conflict of interest or collusion involved". This is an extremely ignorant video. Like Rmalights previously stated, most "Social Service Workers" and even case workers are NOT licensed Social Workers. To become a "Social Worker" you MUST take the Licensing exam and at least have a BSW. With that being said, there are bad people in every profession. Then I recieved a letter 3 months letter from one of the two workers who were in my house, and it states" May I remind you that videotaping people without there consent is against the law". Hmm, since I apparently committed an offense against a government worker, why wasnt there a subpeona attached to this letter? They are scared about the video I have...which is strange because once SS enters your house, it becomes PUBLIC. Why have concerns for privacy while in public unless your retarded?

I caught some disturbing behavior and took it to SS. They told me that they dont even want to look at it because it can " either be faked or manipulated". In the US it is all about money ( foster adoption incentives) they make thousands for every child over thier quota. The foster parents are lied to that the mothers are not doing what they are told. There was a girl named Jessica and she was 17 and sleeping with her foster dad in Baltimore. My friend was raped in foster care and tried to tell cps and they called her a liar. This is just a few yrs ago and nothings changed.

I've had social workers for about 8 years. One asked my mum if i was gay just because i had long hair? As a kid they used to say that i said my mother hits me when i never said that at all because my mother has never hit me once in my life.
Now they are back with us after 5 years going over our past which is 6 - 7 years old and they are still trying to take my younger sisters away for no reason except for our past.
I've only met one nice, honest social worker in 8 years.

May I just point out one line of this video, followed by a quote from Cafcass' Website. Firstly the video, "Not supported by Social Services", and now the website, "Cafcass is independent of the courts, social services, education and health authorities and all similar agencies." I learned that if they refuse to acknowledge this oath, they can then LAWFULLY be under citizens arrest and thrown in prison for being an " Imposter of the courts". This is an extremely ignorant video. Like Rmalights previously stated, most "Social Service Workers" and even case workers are NOT licensed Social Workers. To become a "Social Worker" you MUST take the Licensing exam and at least have a BSW. With that being said, there are bad people in every profession. There are bad cops, teachers, politicians, hell even bad presidents. Don't generalize a few bad experiences/people with the whole Social Work Profession. That is all.

they tried that shit with me last year and took my 2 sons into care when i had a third child on the way. They deliberately make you angry, it took us 1 week just to find out where the children were because they would not answer phone to us etc.

CAFCASS have become so scared of the fathers groups, that they've become unfair to women.
Now both fathers and mothers are in uproar. CaFCASS were using the undefined emotional abuse to swap residency.
From what I hear in court, CAFCASS will be gone in 2010 - they admitted as such to the Judge.
So mid 2010 they'll be no longer around.
CAFCASS are disintegrating.
So who will take over?

my best m8s 15 year old daughter and 2 of her m8s, same age, all 3 in front of a judge for a 1st offence. i no when ppl lie especialy children, wot happend to the slap on the wrist? but then i heard somewhere they want or already have 2 year olds in parole meetings, if 1 of their parents have history. I rly dont no how much more ppl can take before blood will really be running inthe streets

CAFCASS brought a charge to have a woman wrongly arrested and imprisoned for the gross crime of writing a letter!
She had court orders that allowed her to write.
CPS/Social workers sent in the police late at night, to haul her out of bed to arrest and imprison her, when she couldn't get legal assistance.
CPS needs a boot for it's Ar*Se.

A social worker came to my house, she won't tell me her name, where she works and phoned me on a phone number that is unknown. tryed to take my child out alone.I refused her entry after a few weeks and she grabbed my arm and tryed to force her way into my home.
my child said she is happy with me and wants to be left in peace. so what can i do to protect my lovely family?

US is already on this path. Many states have no oversight committees, so social workers do what they wish. Personal experience: Loss of children due to an angry friend, no evidence, no charges filed. Did everything I could; govenor couldn't even help. Friends knew the truth and tried to help. No one would listen. Pushed down steps by social worker, threatened. No drugs, no alcohol, homeschooling Christian, 4-H leader. Destroyed family, loss of home. May God forgive them.

CAFCASS does not exist in Scotland, we have a very unique children's hearing system. Social Workers cannot win, dammed if you do do dammed if you dont....

We're all talking about their dirty tactics, imprisoning mothers, telling lies to the police or at best deliberately misleading the police.
Even the government are distancing themselves - hence the failure by OFSTED of all CAFCASS inspections. This says the Government knows that we're angry enough, to create hell in Europe for them.
