The explanation is pigeons. One lands on the camera, takes off again and does a well lit dump on the way. This is the 'ghost.' The grey mist s are flying away from the CTV camera but far enough away to be very badly lit. So this tape is truly a piece of pigeon poo.

I can assure you real ghosts are far more substantial than this.

Amazing that this is still considered ' supernatural'. The whole video, not shown here shows the CTV camera going offline for a second or two, then reappearing and this 'ghost appearing and moving downwards. This is followed by 2 patches of 'grey mist' moving away from the camera at the top and bottom right. I still have the video tape and will try to upload it .

Wow this awesome I remember this from 12 years ago I remember watching this on the bbc six 0 clock news it is good seeing my all time favourite news presenter moira stuart presenting the bbc six 0 clock news on Tuesday 2nd February 1999 this is my favourite all time bulletin clip you have ever uploaded thanks for this it is good to see moira stuart at 0:00 I think I do remember watching this bulletin about 12 years ago when it was first shown do you have anymore bbc bulletins like this please
