With only that much information I can only conclude they aren't the same artist, although for all I know they could be the same person with 2 aliases.

Touhou is a shooting game, to be more specific, a danmaku game... do you know what Space Invaders is? well... multiply it's difficulty by 10.000...

As you may have noticed, touhou is well known by it's music but it's not very popular outside of Japan...

That's all that I can tell you without going into details, I strongly recommend you to start by playing Touhou 6 - Embodiment of Scarlet Devil because of it's simple gameplay and story, GOOD LUCK!

osu doesn't take talent, it just takes good hardware (mouse, keyboard), but to make music like Demetori's requires true genius.
