  • here again, really people. some of you are just rude. if you don't like hearing what he has done then don't watch these vids. Is that all you have to do in your lives is sit and bitch about someone else. Sorry, but I have better things to do myself than to continue reading negative comments even some were a year ago. Sometimes I wish I had money enuff to get trainers and such to help me. Gotta chase grandkids again, too bad that doesn't work!

  • right if u want to loose fat and keep100% of your muscle do very intensive cardio soo as u wake! you'll burn fat as soon as u start,keep the session to about 20-30 mins.

  • u need to do three weight training sessions a week. training around 4 sets of 12 reps.

    and then also 3 sessions of high intensity cardio, around 30-45mins.

    along with plenty of conditioning exercises.,

  • I know that you get the same amount of nutrition if you drink tomato juice with half the calories. I read that fruit juices are great but calorie-wise..vegetable juice is a better choice.

  • one day:2 hours of non-stop, real non-stop training

    repeat 6 days of the week.

    the routine you do MUST be done by a certified trainer, no one else.

    after you loose fat, you start buffing muscles, that means buying some WHEY.

    then for strenght you ought to use CREATINE. cheers

  • 6 days a week of 45 mins a day will do the job, 2 hours a day for most people is overtraining.

  • Too skinny if you want my opinion put some more meat around your body but im not saying your body isnt good i just think its a tad to skinny but skinny is better than being fat.

  • I think you're effort was herculanian! Plus you gave me an idea! I do weight loss programs before every summer, for about 10 weeks! Now I think I will document it! BTW don't take it as an offence, but you can tell that you were'nt really into sports or fitness, before you started this program! With all the strict diet I guess, you could'nt really pack on muscles at all, and it shows on your shoulders, and arms! Still, you did a very thorough job! Congratulations!!!

  • stead of sittin on a chair sit on one of the workout balls. and sit with your back straight and while sitting on the ball move it around in small circles. work your abs while playing the games. When you start to see results that should motivate you to quit playing the games and eat healthier. good luck

  • thanks. i didnt have a workout ball but i used another similar kind of ball which was about the same size and good resistance lvls.  it started helping, then something in my game avatar go screwed up and i ened up dead(in game). have since quit the game and now do a normal daily workout(results are finally starting) =].

    Nice job on working out and keeping fit! But unfortunately, many of us don't have the time to do extensive excersize to loose fat as we have work, school, etc unlike you, who is lucky enough to have time to do all these workouts and "missions".

    What would you recommend we do?

  • Hi mate, I had a full time job throughout the whole period. I would say just do the best you can do with the time you have available and/or create more time.
