  • It's so fast that all the funny nuances sometimes get lost. A little slower and it's actually FUNNIER.

  • they do play out of tune notes, just like every other professional ensemble does, but the expression is superb

  • I played this with my quartet last year. It was funny, we played it, and we played it good. Then our teacher told us that Scherzo means "Joke". Playing this then became a lot harder!

  • This is a good interpretation, and there are no out of tune/wrong notes. Unless you give me an example, I will still remain in disagreement with your statement. :)

  • Joyous. I especially like the syncopation in what is more or less the second part of the theme. I'd love, as a former clarinettist, to hear that quartet arrangement.

  • based on rythm and harmonies, this scherzo is rich in surprasives modulations, long live ludwig van

  • Good stuff. I'm playing an arrangement of this for clarinet quartet.

  • I really like this! I saw it performed at my school and I thought it was awesome! =]]
