Thought so... i mean... that they don't speak mandarin. It sounds different than usual. ^^
@palasta Yeah ! Mandarin is much softer and poetic, while Cantonese scratch the hears :P

@MsMarshallj I checked, it works... Please click the "CC" (it's needed clicked a lot of time) in video bar, the "english" word will appear, when it is activate. Or you should upgrade or try new browser (exp; explorer, mozilla, chrome, opera...etc).

The problem is with YouTube itself, leave it for a while, maybe the next day, and it will work.
