  • I've got my self an Epiphone Les Paul 1960 Tribute

    its amazing

  • Really good effort but I must say you should practice your different time signatures and work on those tricky triplets a little more. You have the ability you just need to use it a little more. Nice guitar by the way

  • better use the D note on the 5th string, 5th fret... some parts a little off,... also try to put more feeling in your picking... but overall not a bad effort considering how hard tool songs are...

  • A bit out around 4:40 but keep it up =:)

  • good job tools stuff is always got these rlly fuckin weird ass counts and props man you do deserve that les paul fuck these you tube queers man keep doing your thing

  • That must be the most retarded comment I've ever seen :')

  • @Bl44t44p you did a great job on this dude.. don't worry about what he said.. he did mean about playing it with feelings which is very important but i guess he didn't mean to be "mean".. i mean i must admit.. needs feelings and WHACK!! where it supposed to be.. otherwise great job dude

  • @Bl44t44p i agree with you on that one.......ARBNM needs to shut his mouth

  • @Bl44t44p

you can play the notes,, but you don't have the feeling or the balls to play it.

    that's not retarded.

(but i don't care what guitar you have :p)

  • @Bl44t44p Actually ARBNM is kinda right when he says u lack feeling... man this song is strong... u dont put any emotion into ur playing... its like ur just playing notes... ur playing it nicelly, no doubt but ur hands are just moving for the sake of playing... nothing more... =X try to find ur body rythim to go with the song, ull enjoy it even more ;D

  • @Bl44t44p + the part at 4:26, is not played like that for real, its a way trickier technick involving the volume knob =x though i think u did it pretty well,

all in all, gratz nice cover

  • @Bl44t44p actually not having any feeing or soul in your songs does make a pretty crappy guitarist. doesnt matter how technical you are if you put no emotion into your guitar it really sucks. clearly you like Tool since you covered one of their songs, you should know that there songs arent just about being technical theyre about putting emotion and feeling into them.

  • What the fuck are you on about?

  • @ARBNM agreed

  • @ARBNM

I dont see your TOOL cover now do i?

    GTFO troll

  • @ARBNM ´´who are you to wave your finger´´ suddenly gives meaning :)

  • out of toen

  • at 4:58-5:02 i always mess up on that part

  • not bad a little messey at like 4:45 but i know how tricky it can be....good job tho man

  • You play quite good but i think your finger are like in agony. btw it looks horrible.. my opinion but maybe your teacher on guitar shoul forget some basics.. Pass my commnet with cool head and continue at improving :)

  • check out opiate of the masses' video. and you'll get the rythm just right. or look at my profile and its on my vids tool other than the rythm its spot on.

  • Nice job, man. Is that a Gibson or Epiphone. I love Tool, haha.

  • Epiphone LP Standard. I love them too ;)

  • My friend has pretty much that exact same guitar except its Ebony colored.

  • Decent job. You left some of the parts out, they are some of the tougher parts though.

I have the same guitar, throw a Seymour Duncan JB on there if you get a chance. I have the Epi Silverburst too.

    And ToolRulez

  • The first two times you play the tricky riff, just listen to the intro bass; it's the same thing, without the pull-off.

  • Hi! It was the scover's aenima video I think. And I LOVE his sound....So don't you wave your finger;)

But of corse I can understand that people have tone issues. Well, enough of this!

How long have you played guitar my friend?

    Peace

    Ole

  • I've had classical guitar lessons for almost 10 years (till now) and I've been playing around on electric guitar for about 2.5 years I think... still learning haha ;)

  • Tone and timing is not good. and your right and is not moving rythmically. When you play rythm you have to be the rythm!

And you actually are completely lost somewhere out in the song.

You play well, but you need a lot more work, to play these kind of songs properly.

I saw your video because, you posted a comment to scover's pot version. Do you seriously think that your tone is better? hmmmmm

    Well, keep it up!

  • Aighty, thanks, appreciate your comment :)

Which video is it? I don't remember....

  • Ah yeah well I found it. However, I said I'm not trying to copy Adam's tone either, and honestly I dont understand how a tone cannot be "good". Besides that timing is pretty off at 4:26, yes, but for the rest it's quite proper imho.

  • nice fuckin guitar dude

  • cant ANYONE play it without having to have the dam song playing with them??

  • Can you?

  • look pretty 'til 4.25

    Nice ^^

  • wiehoeee jellieeee mag ik je handtekening?

nice gespeeld man, maar stukje tussen 4.25 en 4.50 ofzo klinkt idd wel n beetje vernaaid, nice job verder ^^
