In the Uk we have had the funky blue lights,rather than the all white,then's there you emissions regulations too,I assume? The general consensus starting to appear is the Mk.5 was / is the better of the two new GTI's.. I think they're both awesome,after the poor,extremely poor mk.4 & 3 .. but then they came good;real good.. GTI's FTW :)

What ever happened to this car? This was almost 3 years ago, and I still haven't seen any development on a turbo kit for the 2.5 from Neuspeed. I recently saw a 4Motion Rabbit by Unitronic Chipped that is pretty sweet, but it's a 'One-off custom', not in production yet. I love the exhaust note of the 5 cylinder.
