Like Wagner, this is a perfect marriage of sound and subject matter. If your subject matter is sex and drugs and teenage rebellion, you probably want some edgy, punky sound. You do not, however, take on a subject like Arthur without expressing grandeur in the music. This is why some people find the music of Wakeman or countless other progressive rock acts overblown.

I see you dig progressive from the looks of your page. If your in your mid 20's, more power to you. Kinda odd to find one so young listening to it. Have you seen YES and the like in concert? I've seen these guys probably 10 times through out the past 30 years or so. One of the best was the "Reunion tour" in the late 80's, I believe. Almost all former members were playing "In the round"!

@antidisenstable unfortunately they didn't use it. I was deeply disappointed when I found out they weren't going to use it. This tune is just as fresh as it was in 1979, I don't see what the problem is.
