Good idea for working with children. This is a good way to show and learn them a little bit about Sandpainting without doing any wrong to the Dinéh Culture and Spiritual way. Ahehee for sharing. Little Sunshine.
What a great idea! Thank you so much for posting this. I've had a sandpainting of a healing ye'i over my personal sacred place for years, but never realized I could make one, too. Is it true that round heads depict gods and square or rectangular depict goddesses?
@WahrerDrache It is an ancient symbol present in some Native American art as well as Japanese and Korean Buddhism. It has no connection to its 20th century usage.
Thanks you refer to the "Hakenkreuz" ? I am aware of that, in Asia, the Swastika was a symbol of good furtune, even lonh before it was the sign of the Buddha. Ill practice Falun Gong, a Meditation Practice from China, we also use a Swastika in our symbol.
The idea is as interesting as it is simple to execute - kudos to you! And the video is very well made, in every aspect. I was just checking, but could not find the info, so: Which music did you use?

I've been copy editing an article and grammar exercises for foreign students on sand paintings. Very interesting indeed.
