I cleaned this one out myself w/three other people and hire contractors to do most of the consruction. I recommend doing what you can yourself and hiring pros to do major work, as long as you keep in mind the budget.

I have been in Real Estate since 01, and I have seen many homes interiors trashed. It is crazy when people due to houses, but that is why we can get such great deals.
